一、
旅游公司的注册条件
1、
注册旅游公司要有固定的，面积不少于30
平方米的营业场所。
2、
要具有与旅游业相关的必备的营业设施，包括直线电话、电子计算机、传真机等办公设备。
3、
注册旅游公司要具备与旅游行政管理部门联网的条件。
4、
要有必要的经营管理人员，旅行社负责人至少要有一名，并且要有任职资格，要有至少两名的业务主管和部门负责人，聘用的专职财会人员要取得助理会计师以上职称，另外还要有不少于3
名的专职导游。
5、
还要具有不少于20
万元的旅游质量保证金并且注册资本不能少于
30
万元。
二、
手续、材料
1、
要注册公司必须要填写设立申请书；
2、
接下来还要准备好旅行社可行性研究报告；
3、
要制定好旅行社章程；
4、
注册旅游公司要提供旅行社经理、副经理的履历表和有效的资格证证书；
5、
另外，还要准备出来开户银行出具的资金信用证明和经过正规审计师事务所出具的验资报告；
最后，还要具备经营场所证明以及经营设备的情况证明。
